4. When installing the coupling, pay attention to the correct assembly relationship between the coupling and the rotor, that is, the mark on the external spline of the coupling is aligned with the mark on the spline of the rotor. When there is no mark, the pinning of the upper end of the coupling should be made. The centerline of the groove is aligned with the centerline of the teeth of the positive rotor to prevent misalignment between the coupler and the rotor, so that the oil distribution valve cannot be pumped in accordance with the law of suction and discharge of the rotor pump.
5, in the steering process, when the steering wheel is very laborious, do not force the steering wheel to prevent the oil temperature rise, damage the parts. The causes of laborious problems should be found out in time and excluded.
6. When the engine is off or the oil pump is not working, do not turn the steering wheel too fast, and the steering speed should be slow to avoid damaging the spring plate, the pin, or the linkage, resulting in steering errors.
7. Select the hydraulic oil that meets the regulations, pay attention to the cleanliness of the oil, and prevent the oil from generating high temperatures and parts wear.
