(2)Before processing the feedstuffs, they must be air-dried and selected to remove mixed materials such as stones and metals to prevent them from entering the damaged machine. The water content of the materials is required to be less than 15%, and the production efficiency is reduced when the humidity is too high.
(3) The operator should be familiar with machine performance and understand the machine construction. It is best to read the instruction manual several times before use.
(4) Check the degree of wear of the hammer and the breakage of the split pin before use. After closing the cover and tightening, turn the spindle to hear no abnormal noise. If there is a fault, first eliminate and then start the job.
(5) Feeding should be uniform and cannot be neglected. When the material is blocked at the feed inlet, it is forbidden to feed it by hand, hardwood stick and iron bar.
(6) The fault occurred during the work should be checked and eliminated immediately. It is not allowed to open the cover to check and adjust the machine under the operating condition.
(7) Operators are required to wear cuffs and masks, and lesbians must wear work hats.
(8) The belt must have safety protection devices. Vulnerable parts should be checked regularly and replaced.
(9) After the daily operation is completed, the machine is left to run for 2 minutes and the remaining material is sucked clean. After shutting down, open the cover to check whether the parts are damaged, and remove the excess material and close the cover.
