Reduce the pressure on the tires.
5. Unload the hydraulic cylinders to prevent the hydraulic components from being damaged due to long-term load.
6. Clean all belts, clean the chain and sprocket, and loosen all tension pulleys and sprockets to keep the belt and chain in a free state, avoiding long-term stress and fatigue damage.
7. Perform anti-rust treatment. According to the requirements of the manual, grease or lubricating oil is added to each lubrication point, and the metal friction surface or the paint-removing part is oiled or painted to prevent rust, such as: chain, sprocket, moving knife and knife bar, blade cutter, Head cutting face, auger working face, telescopic rod, etc.
8. Remove the battery separately and replenish it once a month to extend its service life.
9. Remove the microcomputer multi-function alarm in the cab to prevent the LCD from freezing at low temperatures in winter.
10. The warehouse where the machinery is stored should be ventilated, fireproof, and burglarproof.
