TZS-GSM soil moisture monitoring system

Please use the screw to install the connection before use. The solar panel is adjusted to the direction of sunlight. The solar connection cable is plugged into the bottom of the main unit and marked with the “charge/solar” interface. The sensor is plugged into the interface labeled “Sensor”.

Note: Before using for the first time, you must open the case and turn a dial switch in the lower right corner to the “open” end.

Software installation and usage instructions

First, the software installation

1, install VB6.0

2. Copy all software to the C:\GSM-Soil-Monitor directory.

Second, the communication port configuration

There is a file GPRS-COMM-SETUP.TXT under C:\GSM-Soil-Monitor, as shown in Figure 1. Open the file, where the number indicates the communication port number of the GPRS module and the computer. The default value is 4. If not, modify it directly.

Third, the basic operation of the software

(1) Under C:\GSM-Soil-Monitor, double-click hhcontrol.exe to start the software.

(2) First display the software cover, as shown in Figure 2.

(3) After 3 seconds, the main interface is automatically displayed, as shown in Figure 3. The figure shows nodes 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, and 7 representing 7 telemetry points. Node 0 represents the central base station. There are control buttons on the left: "Telemetry Start", "Real Time Curve", "Data Table", "Data Read", "GPRS Initialization", "Exit". The data table and data read in version V1.0 are empty and will be added later.

(4) Click “Telemetry Start” and the software will start to collect data automatically.

(5) Double-click the “blue circle” under telemetry point #1, the data display will pop up, as shown in Figure 4. Double click anywhere in Figure 4 to cancel the data display and return to Figure 3.

(6) Click “real-time curve” to enter the real-time curve display interface, as shown in Figure 5. There are three boxes in the figure, which show “One Minute Trend Chart”, “One Hour Trend Chart” and “24 Hours Trend Chart”. The left side shows the node selection and

(7) Data selection Two option fields. Click “Start” and the software will automatically display the real-time data trend graph. Click “Clear Screen” to clear the graphics in the three boxes and re-display the curve. Click "Exit" to close the curve display and return to the main interface.

(8) In the main interface, click “Exit” to close the software.

Precautions:

1. If you can't receive the SMS, after launching the software, click “ GPRS Initialization ”, the software will check the SMS storage status, automatically delete all the received SMS messages, and clear the memory.

2. The data of this machine is sent and received by gsm card (ie mobile phone phone card). If it is found that it can't send and receive data after long time use, it is very likely that the card charge is used up (initial cost is 100 yuan), please give Card recharge. The card number is .

3. The software version V1.0 cannot be re-set the telecom center communication number. If it needs to be updated, please contact the device manufacturer. This feature will be added in subsequent releases.

4. Software version V1.0 cannot be re-set for the telemetry point SMS sending time interval. When updating, please contact the device manufacturer. This feature will be added in subsequent releases.

5. For other matters, please contact the equipment manufacturer for system update.

The soil moisture data collection part is installed:

1. The host is installed as shown on the previous page.

2. The solar panel cable is plugged into the lower end of the main unit and marked with a “charge/solar” jack.

3. Connect the moisture sensor cable to the socket labeled “Sensor” on the main unit.

Installation of the computer data receiving part:

1. Connect the computer cable to the computer (customer-supplied) and the cat.

2. Connect the charger to the cat.
