When installing a hammer-type feed kneader, the base with the machine should be placed on a flat concrete floor. The kneader is firmly mounted on the base with bolts, and the position of the motor is constantly adjusted to ensure that the motor pulley groove and the main pulley groove are properly aligned and the belt is moderately tight. It should be noted that all electrical equipment and circuits must be safe and reliable. After installation, all moving parts of the machine must be flexible and can only be put into operation after being heard by the air. When feeding, high-speed rotating hammers have a strong gripping ability, so they must be evenly fed to prevent overfeeding, resulting in overwork and jamming. If clogging occurs, the material should be picked up and re-fed. Do not use iron bars for feeding. The operator must not leave the job during the work process. If the machine has abnormal sound, stop the machine immediately to check and troubleshoot. Do not open the upper housing during operation to check and adjust the machine; after the work is completed, the power supply must be turned off, and the machine and the site cleaned. (3) Timely adjustment of maintenance After the completion of each class of work, the inside of the machine should be cleaned in a timely manner, and the fasteners should be checked for looseness and tightened if loosened. Every 30 hours of operation, two bearings must be greased once. After working for 300 hours, clean the bearing oil and refill with grease. Always check the wear of the hammer. After the hammer is used for a period of time, it can be used interchangeably according to the condition of rounding of the edges of the hammer. If all 4 corners have been worn, replace the new one. In addition, the degree of extensibility of the tape must be checked regularly and adjusted in time. If the machine is used in the open air, it should also have rain protection facilities.
