How to use and maintain the generator?

(1) The generator wiring must be correct. To this end, it should first be determined whether the terminal or lead wire is a hot wire or a ground wire. Under normal circumstances, the terminal or outlet of the generator is marked with a certain mark to distinguish the fire line or tower wire. The grounding terminal is often marked with the letters “M”, “N” or “O”, and the grounding sign is marked with “搭”. When the ground wire column is not marked, it can be judged by the voltmeter or the “head-on” method during the operation of the generator. (2) The load of each circuit of the generator shall be used in accordance with the instructions for use of the generator, and the number of lamps may not be arbitrarily increased or decreased or replaced with a bulb of different power. (3) Belt-driven generators should adjust the tension of the transmission belt correctly. Normally, press the middle of the belt with your finger, and it is advisable to droop 10 to 20 mm. (4) After every working period of the generator, it shall be checked and adjusted according to the requirements of the instruction manual. Such as the SFF-45 type generators, the provisions of the use of about 500 hours for dismantling inspection and maintenance; JF-6l-type generators require normal operation for about 1000 hours for dismantling inspection and maintenance.

For every order that is shipped there is a certificate of analysis that is either faxed or emailed prior to shipment upon customer request. This certificate includes both our physical testing (to make sure that variables such as brix and pH are within the range of specification), and microbiological results as determined by an accredited independent testing laboratory to assure that the product is safe and meets all customer specifications.

 

HACCP

Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) is a common sense approach to control food safety hazards. It is a preventive system of hazard control rather than a reactive one. It is not a zero risk system, but is designed to minimize the risk of food safety hazards to LOVE GOJI Customers. HACCP is not a standalone program, but is one part of a larger system of control perquisites procedures that takes place in order for HACCP to function effectively.
