2, water temperature

The temperature of the tea water is determined mainly by what kind of tea. Fine Huiming tea, generally can not use 100 °C boiling water, apply 70 °C ~ 80 °C is appropriate (water to be boiling point, then cooled to the desired temperature). The greener the tea, the lower the temperature of the brewing water, so that the tea soup will be bright, fresh and refreshing, and vitamin C is less destructive. At high temperatures, the color of the tea soup is deeper, and vitamin C is destroyed in large amounts, and the taste is bitter (the coffee pods in the tea are easily leached out), which means that the tea is “hot cooked”.

3, time

Tea brewing time and frequency vary greatly, and it is related to tea type, water temperature, tea consumption, tea drinking habits and so on. According to the test, when brewing for the first time, the soluble material can leach 50%~55%; the second time can leaching about 30%; the third time can leach 10%; the fourth time is very few.
