The advantages of fermented water feed

Lishui, which directly raises pigs, is generally prohibited due to unhygienic conditions and its negative impact on both urban and rural living environments. More importantly, pigs raised in muddy water can produce unsafe pork, leading to health risks for both humans and animals. Therefore, it's essential to manage this muddy water properly. Traditionally, people cook the water, but this method is labor-intensive, fuel-wasting, and prone to spoilage, making long-term storage difficult. A better solution is to use microorganisms to ferment the muddy water into safe feed. The Ginseng Glutinous Water Feed Starter is an excellent choice for this purpose. Fermentation Method: Mix 40-50% of the muddy water with a drip feed fermenter. The formula consists of 30% wheat bran, 30% rice bran, and 40% muddy water. When there's a lot of water, drain it first. Add the starter at 0.2 milliliters per liter, mix thoroughly, and adjust the moisture content to around 65%. To check if the moisture is right, squeeze the mixture in your hand—it should form a ball without dripping. If it crumbles when dropped, it’s ready. Then, place the mixture in a fermentation tank (small or large, even a sink can work) and seal it. After 3-5 days, the fermentation is complete. After each use, cover it again and it can be stored for over six months without spoiling. When feeding pigs, mix 20-60% of the fermented water with unfermented water (which must be boiled and sterilized), and feed it once a month. You can also add insects once a month. Benefits of Fermented Muddy Water: (1) Eliminate the hassle of traditional cooking: Normally, pigs are fed with cooked water, requiring coal or fuel to boil, which is time-consuming, laborious, and costly. Moreover, only pigs over 100 pounds can be fed with non-fermented water. (2) Improve the physical and chemical properties of the water, making pig feeding more convenient: According to tests by Mr. Dai, fermented muddy water can be safely fed to 50-pound piglets without causing diarrhea. In contrast, non-fermented water, even when cooked, cannot be given to pigs under 100 pounds. This significantly reduces the cost of raising pigs. (3) Fermented muddy water can replace up to 80% of wheat bran and corn flour in full-price feed. (4) It can be stored for over six months in a suitable location. By using this fermentation method, farmers not only save time and resources but also improve the health and growth of their livestock. It’s a smart, sustainable, and effective approach to managing muddy water.

Special Intermediates

Our special intermediates are mainly a combination of our own actual product structure and product properties, including: 1. The product does not belong to any other product of our company intermediates, 2. Chemical reaction type is more special 3. Can be used to synthesize two or more kinds of API which roles is almost equivalent and difficult to separate the level. 4. This intermediate is somewhat less used for actual production or less practical use. We summarized the above four cases of intermediates temporarily as a special intermediate, if the special intermediate application is enlarge, we will adjust it according to the actual situation to change its "identity."
