Characteristics: Plant growth is strong, plant height 55.6 ~ 68.8 cm, degree of development 65 cm. The first flower was born with 9.9-11.9 knots, which was 2.5 knots higher than the control species. Small fruit type, single fruit weight 17.9 ~ 20.9 grams, 1.3 ~ 13.5 grams lighter than the control species; yield per plant 0.48 to 0.59 kilograms, weighing 0.14 ~ 0.21 grams than the control species, the commodity rate of 96.4% ~ 98.87%. The sensory quality was evaluated as good, the quality was 81 points, and the results of physical and chemical quality determination were: vitamin C content 1034.32 mg/kg, reducing sugar 2.14 g/100 g, crude protein 0.78 g/100 g. The results of identification of disease resistance were bacterial wilt and epidemic disease. Field performance is excellent in heat resistance, cold resistance, rot resistance, and drought resistance.
Production performance: In the fall of 2005, the provincial average was 1661.22 kilograms, which was the same as the control variety Yuejiao No. 3; the yield per mu was 634.49 kilograms, an increase of 4.82% over the control species, and the increase was not significant. Retesting in the spring of 2007, the average yield of 102.19 kilograms per mu, which was 26.13% higher than that of the control variety Spicy You No. 8, yielded a significant increase; the yield per acre was 352.94 kilograms, which was 20.69% lower than that of the control species, and the yield was significantly reduced.
