Early and delayed high-yield cultivation techniques of straw mushroom

Mushroom fleshy, delicious, deeply loved by consumers. However, it is a high-temperature edible fungus and its market supply is short. In the past two years, the scientists and technicians of Shuyang County in Jiangsu Province have extended the production period of straw mushroom for two months and achieved obvious economic and social benefits. Now the cultivation techniques are summarized as follows.

Schedule and production methods

Indoor cultivation can be combined with indoor and outdoor cultivation. Indoor cultivation can use mushroom rooms and other free rooms for cultivation, outdoor cultivation can be used two kinds of small sheds and plastic greenhouses. No matter which method is adopted, the requirements of shading, windproof, heat preservation and humidification must be achieved.

The time limit for prolonged cultivation is a season close to but lower than the normal temperature for the growth of straw mushroom. Combined with the climate characteristics of the region, it is cultivated without warming or with little warming, generally from April 20 to June 20. One cycle is postponed until mid-October to mid-October.

Culture materials and their preparation

Cultivation materials for straw mushroom cultivation are based on waste cotton, cottonseed hulls, and corn cob, and the yield is relatively high. In indoor cultivation, 10 cm thick fresh straw is first laid on the bed frame, and then covered with waste cotton or cotton seed hulls for cultivation. Use waste cotton to cultivate straw mushrooms. Pre-wet the waste cotton on the day or the day before sowing to absorb moisture. Mix 5% lime for 24 to 48 hours; pour the lime water of pH 8.5 before entering the bed. The culture material absorbs enough water; the straw is pre-wetted with lime water for 1 to 2 days before entering the bed, and the water is absorbed. When planting indoors, the moisture content of the culture material is 5 to 6 drops of water in hand, and the moisture content is about 70%.

Cultivation Management Techniques

Indoor cultivation time should be early, generally in early May, during this period the temperature is low and changeable, indoor bed planting should be appropriate increase. The indoor cultivation bed frame is suitable for 3 to 4 layers. The bed is first paved with 10 cm thick straw that is pre-wetted with lime water, and then the waste cotton or cotton seed shell is laid to form a wavy shape with a thickness of about 10 cm. 50 kg of sown 4 kg seeds, after sowing, cover about 1 cm of fine soil, when the bacteria first flattened the film, when the mycelium germination, remove the film, in order to facilitate the mycelium down. 7 days after planting bud, at this time should pay attention to moisture temperature difference, 12 days can be harvested. If the temperature is low when sowing, it can be properly heated to about 35 °C, after the film is lifted at 30 °C ~ 32 °C, fruiting stage with 28 °C ~ 32 °C is appropriate, avoid temperature difference is too large, mushroom room need to maintain a high humidity.

Greenhouse cultivation is a stable and high-yielding cultivation method. The cultivation time is long and the operation is convenient. Bedding and sowing are similar to conventional ringlets. In early May, the temperature was relatively low. In general, the vegetable greenhouses were covered with a small shed. Only small sheds were used for shading. Sunlight could be directly injected into the greenhouses. The ambient temperature was high, and the night temperature was also preserved. The temperature was also easy to control and could be prevented. Rain shower. When the temperature rises normally, the film on both sides of the greenhouse can be opened to facilitate ventilation and cooling, without affecting the normal growth of the temperature and straw mushroom in the small ring shed, or adding a straw curtain in the greenhouse, and removing the sunshade curtain and film from the small ring. Pick up. September cultivation of straw mushroom, to prevent sudden temperature of the mushroom period, the night temperature decreased, small ring shed to cover straw insulation.

Early and delayed high-yielding cultivation of straw mushroom, after entering July, the temperature is stable above 30°C and cultivated according to conventional methods. In short, the cultivation of straw mushrooms to handle the relationship between temperature and humidity, to create a suitable environment for the growth of straw mushroom, control room or greenhouse temperature (35 °C or so) sowing, send a good material layer hyphae, lay the foundation for stable production and high yield .
