Bring the fire to boil, then switch to slow fire. During the cooking process, stir constantly to prevent scorching. Add sugar again, control the sugar concentration of 64% to 70%, continue cooking for 60 minutes, you can remove the fungus, filtered sugar.

5. Sugar coating: After the fungus has been cooked, cool it to 50°C to 60°C and mix it with white granulated sugar and mix well.
