1. The judgment of leakage and leakage of biogas digester When testing pressure (pressure method or water pressure method), when the pressure gauge rises to a certain position, stop the pressure and observe the pressure change. If the pressure drops quickly and slowly, then The description is full of water; if it falls at a uniform speed, it means there is a leak.
Leakage is mostly due to improper selection and handling of foundations for the construction of the pool, as well as insufficient sealing and strength at the joints of the inlet and outlet pipes or at the joints with the pool wall. When the pool is filled with water, the foundation sinks, and the inlet and outlet pipes (especially at the junction with the pool wall) are often broken and cause serious water leakage. Nor is there any leakage when the bricks are not filled with water due to water pressure, or when the cement mortar is not pressed tightly to cause pores. Biogas pools that are heavily leaking are easily noticeable. In general, the liquid level in the pool drops to a certain water level, no longer drops, and the water leaking point is also near this level. Find cracks, take appropriate routine measures, and reinforce them.
Most of the air leakage is the sealing layer of the air chamber is not done well, it should be taken to seal the air chamber with a sealing coating cement once again.
When the leaking pool is in use, if the water column is found to move in the direction of intake air (moving force to the opposite direction), a negative pressure will appear, which means that the digester leaks water; if the water column stops moving or moves to a certain height, it will not change. Explain the biogas leak.
When leaking, the digester should be drained for maintenance; if there is a leak in the digester, there may be a leak in the digester chamber or a leak in the active cover or a leak in the pipeline. Exclude the table to find the specific leak location for maintenance.
2. This phenomenon occurs when the new biogas digester is not filled with gas. In general, there are the following reasons:
(1) There was not enough inoculum added during the loading process, and there were few methanogens in the tank, which made biogas fermentation impossible;
(2) The water temperature of the feed liquid added to the biogas digester is lower than 12°C, which inhibits the life activities of the methanogens, such as the cold season when the cold is first added in the cold regions in the north. The low temperature of the pool will cause long-term gas production.
(3) The concentration of the fermentation broth in the biogas digester is too large, and the initially produced acetic acid methanogens cannot be eaten, resulting in a large accumulation of volatile fermentation and acidification of the feed solution.

Solution: Newly built biogas digesters and gas transmission systems should be subject to pressure test, must meet quality standards to ensure that no leakage can be used without leakage; discharge tanks contain incombustible gas, add strains, mainly added activated sludge or pits, The residue in the old biogas digester, or replace most of the material liquid; pay attention to adjust the pH of the fermentation broth to 6.8 to 7.5. Judging whether the fermentation broth is peracid or not, besides testing with a pH test paper, it can also be judged based on the yellowing, redness or sourness of the flame when the biogas burns.
The method of adjusting the pH is: adding appropriate amount of grass ash or appropriate amount of alkaline substances such as ammonia water or lime water from the feed inlet, and taking the fecal liquid from the discharge chamber into the feed inlet, and at the same time extending the droppings into the feed inlet Stir back and forth. When lime is used to adjust the pH, lime cannot be added directly. Only lime water can be used. The amount of lime water can also be too much, because the concentration of lime water is too high, it will combine with the carbon dioxide in the digester, and produce calcium carbonate precipitation. Excessive reduction in the amount of carbon dioxide will affect biogas production.
4. The pressure gauge rises slowly. At this time, the gas production rate is low. At one time, it is impossible to ascertain whether there is less gas production or air leakage. This condition can be measured with positive and negative pressure. If the pressure gauge water column rises from zero to 15 centimeters within 24 hours on the first day, the gas pipe is pulled out from the catheter and the biogas is completely discharged. A U-type pressure gauge is temporarily installed at the airway. Remove 10 barrels of manure from the water pressure, so that the digester becomes negative pressure. If the pool is leaky, the biogas in the pool will not leak out. It will only suck in the air outside the pool. After 24 small advances, pour the collected feces water into the water pressure chamber and observe the rising height of the water column of the pressure gauge. If the height of the water column is the same as that of the first water column, the gas production will be slow, if it is lower than the first. The second time was much higher (because air was sucked in from the leak), indicating that the tank was leaking and should be overhauled. At the same time, the gas pipeline should also be checked for leaks. If there is no water leakage or gas leakage is a slow gas production, the reasons are:
(1) Inadequate fermentation raw materials, the concentration is too low, there is little gas production; or although there are many raw materials, but it is not fresh, the nutrient elements have been digested, so that the biogas bacteria do not get sufficient nutritional conditions;
(2) When the concentration of the repressor in the pool exceeds the limit to which the microorganism can tolerate, the biogas bacteria cannot grow and multiply. This will require supplementing fresh fermentation materials or refueling;
(3) Unreasonable mix of raw materials and too little manure.
