1, the whole machine installation:

The whole machine can be connected to the top by wire rope, or it can be transported by forklift. The machine should be leveled before the machine is in place.

2, the installation of the power cord:

Cable specifications are compatible with motor power, voltage and current. The cable is connected through the main switch via a wire tube or socket plug with a flexible cable; the cable enters the electrical box through the exit coil behind the base.

The steering of the motor should be consistent with the indication sign (ie, it should be counterclockwise from the outer end of the pulley on the motor). Before correcting the steering, the V-belt should be removed. After the calibration, the V-belt should be installed, and then the steering should be confirmed by the S-point button. The correctness.

3. First cut off the power supply on the machine, remove the hopper 44, the feeder 57 and the intermediate die plate 19, wipe the die holes of the middle die plate, the upper and lower punch holes and the die, and then follow the steps below.

(1) First insert the lower punch into the hole of the lower punch 21, insert the foot to the root, and then tighten the screw 59 with the notch of the fuselage;

(2) Insert the upper punch into the hole of the upper punch 16 and insert it into the root. Tighten the fastening screw (3) and insert the middle mold into the hole of the middle die plate 19. Note that the end face of the middle die must be lower than the platen plane 0~0.05. Mm, tighten the set screws 42 on both sides.

(4) Install the middle die platen on the fuselage, insert the undershoot, turn the large pulley 32, and make the upper punch into the middle die hole. The gap should be uniform, flexible up and down, no interference and hard friction, and then fasten the die table. The fixing bolts (5) of the plate and the body are attached with the removed parts such as the feeder.

4. Adjust the filling depth. Loosen the set screws on both sides of the filling adjustment nut. When the nut is lowered, the filling depth can be increased. After the adjustment, the fastening screws must be tightened. Note that the filling depth should not exceed 45mm.

5. Adjusting the thickness of the tablet The eccentric sleeve 35 on the eccentric housing 05 connected to the upper punch is equipped with a scale whose value indicates the depth of the upper punch into the middle mold. Adjust the tightening bolt on the upper part of the eccentric shell 05 first, and then adjust the thickness of the sheet by driving the eccentric sleeve 35 through the bevel gear. After adjustment, the bolt and nut must be tightened to prevent loosening.

6. Adjust the rotating pulley (shun), and raise the lower punch to the high position of zui. Loosen the screws on both sides of the adjusting nut and rotate the output adjusting nut so that the upper end surface of the lower punch is flush with the end surface of the middle die. After adjustment, tighten the screws on both sides.

7. When the feeder adjusts the rotating pulley to raise the upper end of the lower punch to the height of the Zui (same level with the middle mold), adjust the active joint (the loose nut should be loosened before adjustment), so that the front end surface of the feeder is close to the outer edge of the lower punch. Nut, then turn the pulley (must be turned) to make the feeder advance and retreat several times still meet the requirements.

8. The position adjustment of the undershoot lever directly affects the stability of the filling amount. Rotate the pulley to lower the lower position of the Zui, that is, fill the adjusting nut against the fuselage, adjust the upper and lower nuts, so that the half of the lower punching lever is tightly attached to the upper end of the adjusting nut, and the nut can be tightened.
