2 Check the lubrication between the column shaft and the guide to refuel in time to maintain good lubrication.
3 Turn on the power, move the joystick to the vertical position, close the oil return port, press the motor start button, the oil from the oil pump enters the oil cylinder, drives the plunger to rise, and when the hot plate is closed, the oil pump continues to supply oil. When the oil pressure is raised to the rated value (14.5MPa), press the registration stop button to make the machine in the state of stop pressure (ie, timed vulcanization). When the vulcanization time is reached, move the handle to lower the plunger to open the mold.
4 Temperature control of the hot plate: When the rotary button SA1 is closed, the plate starts to heat, and when the temperature of the plate reaches a preset value, the heating is automatically stopped. When the temperature is lower than the set value, the plate is automatically heated, keeping the temperature at the set value.
5 Vulcanizing machine action control: press the motor start button SB2, the AC contactor is energized, the oil pump works. When the hydraulic pressure reaches the set value, the AC contactor is disconnected, and the automatic recording of the vulcanization time begins. When the pressure drops, the pump motor starts automatically. Press, reach the set vulcanization time, the alarm is called, telling that the vulcanization time has arrived, you can open the mold, press the stop button, move the manual control valve, and lower the plate to carry out the next cycle.
