Summer digester management five attention

One should pay attention to ground refueling, ground discharge. The addition of new materials to biogas digesters generally requires no more than a peak gas production period, that is, 20 days after start-up, and no more than 30 days at the latest. The biogas digesters that are not "three-in-one" start to run for about 20 to 30 days. New materials should be added and old materials should be added. The material should be fed and discharged once every 5 to 10 days. The amount of each feed should be 3% to 5% of the fermentation material solution. Every day, 20 kilograms of people and livestock excrement should be added to the tank for fermentation. The “three-in-one” biogas digester is fed into the tank from the start. However, it should estimate the amount of feeds per day. Generally, four pigs or one or two cows are stocked, and then human feces can be added to the tank for fermentation to meet the needs. . However, the amount of water in the digester should be supplemented by flushing the fence to keep the concentration of the raw material.

Second, we must pay attention to safe fermentation. Prevent poisoning caused by biogas bacteria exposure to toxic substances. If toilets and stalls are sprayed with insecticides, little attention may be given to poisoning the biogas and stopping gas production. In addition, washing water and shampoo can not enter the pool. Freshly excreted livestock and poultry excrement, stems and leaves of pesticide sprayed crops, can be used as a variety of plants for agricultural pesticides such as pepper, onion, garlic, leek and other straw stems and leaves, can not enter the digester. If poisoning occurs, the fermentation liquid in the tank should be taken out half, and then half of the new material can be used to produce normal gas.

Third, pay attention to ground mixing. Stirring the fermentation raw material often can make the fermentation raw materials and biogas bacteria in the digester evenly distributed, enlarge the contact area of the biogas bacteria, and increase the gas production rate. The temperature in the digester can also be balanced. At the same time, the upper crust can be broken, so that the biogas generated on the middle and lower layers and attached to the fermentation raw material is gathered into large bubbles by small bubbles and rises into the air box.

Fourth, pay attention to checking the pH frequently. General use PH test paper for testing, the normal value is 6.8 to 7.5, can also be identified by simply observing the color of the feed liquid. The normally fermented biogas digester outlet material is soy sauce color and rich in foam; when the biogas slurry is slightly acidic, the discharge material liquid is greenish and the feeding is stopped. When the raw material is returned to normal or a part of the raw material is replenished, the water is added to lower the fermentation concentration. . If the feed material liquid is black and has white film, it indicates that the acidification of feed solution should add appropriate amount of clarified lime water or plant ash, and add more inoculum; if the feed material liquid is gray, it indicates that the concentration of fermentation material liquid is low Should add fresh ingredients in a timely manner. In summer, the high temperature of water evaporates quickly, and it is necessary to carefully observe and, depending on the circumstances, add appropriate amount of water to the digester to regulate the fermentation concentration, which is conducive to the normal growth of bacteria in the biogas.

Fifth, pay attention to regular maintenance. In summer, the high temperature needs to moisturize the concrete methane tank. The commonly used method of moisturizing is to keep the top soil of the pool moist. When the pressure in the tank is too large, gas and deflation should be used in time to prevent the large pressure from acting on the digester for a long time, causing damage to the tank. When the pressure is high, it is easy to cause leakage of the pipeline and maintenance should be performed in time. During the rain, the inlet and outlet must take measures to prevent large amounts of rainwater from seeping into the digester, causing a sudden increase in the pressure inside the tank and damaging the tank. When biogas is being used, it is not allowed to enter or exit the raw materials, especially if it cannot be rapidly fed or discharged, so as to avoid explosion due to negative pressure in the biogas digesters.
