1. The water production of the RO membrane will decrease due to the decrease of the temperature. If the ambient temperature is lowered by one degree, the water production of the RO membrane will decrease by 3%. Therefore, when the biochemical analyzer is matched, it needs to be doubled and needs 10L/H. Then configure 20L/H. (Note: Now the manufacturer of the water machine is generally named after the water volume of the RO membrane or defines 10L/H)

2. For example, Olympus's AU800 requires 70L/H of high-purity water. If there are 2 sets, it needs to be configured with a larger water tank. It needs 140L of high-purity water per hour. At this time, choose a pure water machine with 150L per hour. The amount of the water tank is preferably 150-200L. Or a bigger water tank, otherwise it doesn't make sense.

3. If the customer's biochemical analyzer water supply requirement is 2 hours of peak water use, each biochemical 100L/H, a total of 2 sets. This means that 400L of water is needed within 2 hours. A total of 500L is required within 2 hours of immunization or some other water use. At this time, choose the pure water machine and the matching water tank. You can choose a high-priced water production 250L/H, with a 250L water tank pure water machine, of course, this machine is enough for two hours a day; you can also choose one 150L / H, with 500L water tank, the water supply pump of the water tank should reach 250L per hour, so the price is more affordable, the pure water machine works 4 hours a day.

4, the configuration of the purification tank or purification column must be large, regardless of the machine or stand machine, it is best to have 25L-100L of purified resin, otherwise the replacement time is extremely short. In general, 1L resin exchanges 2000L of pure water. If your water consumption is 250L/H, 8 hours a day, then the daily water consumption is 2000L. If you configure a 50L purification tank, you can only use 50*2000L= 100000L. That is to say 100000L/2000L/day = 50 days. It is necessary to change consumables in less than 50 days. It is definitely not enough for the busy workload of the hospital. In this case, at least 100L of purification tank should be configured.
