The heat source apparatus using steam heating unit or group of electrical heaters, with easy operation, quick start, compact, clean, hot cleaning advantages. In addition, a control and adjustment device for the electric heater is installed in the electric control cabinet to make the inlet temperature steplessly adjusted. For the power shortage area, steam heating or coal burning, fuel hot air furnace, etc. may be used to partially or completely replace the electric heating device.
