Reminder: There is no Chinese label wine can not buy

January 21st News Spring Festival is approaching, some families intend to buy some foreign wines to come back to drink, many people do not pay attention to wine labels when they buy, and some people even think that the wine in English labels is more authentic. A few days ago, Lidian Industry and Commerce Branch seized a batch of foreign wines without Chinese labels. The original wines full of foreign language were all fake.

The industrial and commercial personnel discovered this batch of foreign wines without Chinese labels in a convenience store set up at a gas station. Industry and business officials stated that the sales of imported foods must be accompanied by formal Chinese labels. Food labels should include food names, ingredient lists, origins, domestic agents, their addresses and contact information, production date, shelf life, etc., and imported foods without Chinese labels. No sales are allowed.

During the Chinese New Year, how can we buy reassuring imported wine? The industry and commerce department reminds: First of all, no matter where they buy imported wine, consumers should look at the packaging for labels. If there is no Chinese label, it may not be legally imported, or it may not be imported at all. Second, although some wines are tagged in Chinese, their contents are hidden and ambiguous, which may be counterfeit imports. Consumers have the right to ask the merchant to present the inspection and quarantine certificate issued by the entry-exit inspection and quarantine department.

The drugs are mostly in the form of tablets, capsules, drops, liquids, ointments and suppositories. For Phytotherapy (healing with plants) numerous drugs are also available in pharmacies in which drugs or drug preparations are processed. One distinguishes between the drug preparations: the chopped drug to prepare a tea, the milled drug (= drug powder) and the dried extract for the manufacture of tablets, capsules and pills, tincture for the preparation of drops and the fluid extract for juices, salves and other ointments to name a few. A finished drug with a drug formulation is called an "herbal medicine" or phytopharmacon (plural: phytopharmaceuticals).
