Summer grazing sheep attention

With the development of the aquaculture industry, there are more and more large-scale sheep breeding farms, and the scale of farming has become larger and larger. Many new farmers have no management experience of grazing, leading to some safety accidents. The abundant forage in summer is a great time for herds to grazing. However, the hot weather in summer, the weather is fickle, and the high temperature and humidity are conducive to the breeding of bacteria and the breeding of parasites, which can easily cause sheep to suffer heat stroke or other diseases. Farmers should adapt measures to local conditions and scientifically grazing, reduce production costs, and increase economic efficiency.

Note that forage safety non-toxic sheep feed on some of the young leguminous grass and other toxic weeds, leaves, etc., often poisoning or rumen expansion, should pay attention to strengthen prevention. To prevent the poisonous weeds from eating when they are grazing, feed a small amount of hay before grazing. Once vomiting and other symptoms of poisoning occur, the diseased sheep are immediately deflated and fed with detoxification drugs such as glucose.

Note that the grazing method is hot in summer, and early grazing in the morning should be early and early, and the general dew can be just grazing. From 11 to 15 o'clock, let the sheep rest and eat in the circle, and harvest at 19 o'clock in the afternoon. In sunny weather, dry places should be selected for grazing, and hot days should be selected for cool grazing to prevent heat stroke.

Note that heavy rain, thunderstorms, and stormy weather are common in summer, and it is very easy for the sheep to injure the body, catch a cold, and fall out after being attacked. Therefore, grazing should be avoided as much as possible during heavy storms.

Frailty and sick ewes can not be grazing with large herds of ewes. Adult rams should be grazing with ewes (or rams).

Note that insect repellency is also a season in which parasites breed more quickly during the summer season. The flock is regularly dewormed, and the deworming is generally performed once a quarter. Chengyang and postpartum ewes are repelled with insecticides; insecticides such as nitroprusside are used to deworm insects; medicinal herbs are given to the sheep in a timely manner; the length of the bottom of the medicinal bath is 3m to 3.5m, and the width is 0.5. m ~ 0.7 meters, 1.3 meters ~ 1.5 meters deep, can accommodate a small amount of sheep only in a good medicine bath soaked. Commonly used liquids are amitraz, 0.03% Lindane EC. Medicinal baths should be done on sunny days. 2 hours to 3 hours before bathing, give the goat enough water to feed enough water to prevent the sheep from swallowing liquid poisoning in the medicated bath. The temperature of the liquid should be around 25°C. Disease, injury, and pregnancy are not suitable for medicinal baths for more than two months. The depth of the liquid is suitable for immersing the sheep. Sheep go through the line and should press the sheep's head into the liquid once or twice. Small-scale farmers can take the prepared liquid into a large water tank, cover the sheep's ears, nose, mouth and put it into the tank to immerse.

Daily grazing sheep only need to drink 4 to 6 times of dilute salt water or perennial salt brick. Some farmers do not pay attention to the sheep to add salt, which can easily lead to slow development of sheep and not easy to catch. Do not allow the sheep to drink dead pond water, drain water, drain water, or let the sheep graze and rest in moist and muddy places so as not to cause rheumatism.

If conditions permit, they should install screen doors and screens in the sheep house to prevent flies and mosquitoes from entering the top of the sheepfold, covering the top of the slope, or covering the shade, or planting vines and climbing plants on the wall to block the direct sunlight. Irradiation; Air convection windows are opened at the bottom of the sheeps's north and south walls; shade sheds are installed on the sun-facing side of the sheep house. The sheep house should be 1.5 meters to 1.8 meters away from the ground, which is conducive to dry, hygienic and ventilated sheep beds. Pergola can also be built to connect playgrounds and houses. On the one hand, the pergola requires spaciousness. At the same time, it is necessary to build a shade awning suitable for the height and area (the number of sheep is only 3 meters). Outside the pens should also be set with strong wind resistance, corrosion resistance, and build a solid easy-to-remove fence.

High Precision Distance Sensor

Laser range sensors combine the advantages of a visible red sensing beam with the increased range of a laser. The optical distance sensor devices are Class 2 lasers, support Class 1 customized. The high precision autonics distance sensor is successfully be used to connect to Arduino, Raspberry Pi, with +-1mm to 3mm high accuray, and long-range solutions (max up to 150m) for your application.
