Answer: 1. Check the ring mold, whether the pressure roller is worn, if it is worn, need to be replaced; 2. Check if the ring die hole is blocked, if it is cleaned; 3. Check the motor belt tightness, if the belt is too loose, it needs to be tensioned; 4. Check the steam line to see if the trap is draining properly. Generally, after the working time of the pellet machine is long, the drainage effect of the trap is poor due to the accumulation of dirt, resulting in large moisture in the quenching and tempering.

Second, the shepherd UMT series granule machine lubricates the oil separator for a long time, the lubrication handle is difficult to rotate, forced to pull the handle to break the handle, can not be oiled, how to deal with?

Answer: 1. There is tiny slag in the lubricating oil. If it is not cleaned in time, it will get stuck in the lubrication rotating part, which makes the handle difficult to rotate; the lubricating filter should be cleaned regularly.

2. When the oil separator is filled with * oil filling holes, when turning to the next oil filling hole, the gas source should be turned off first, and the gas source should be turned on when the second oil filling hole is aligned. If the air source is not turned off during the conversion process, the handle will be difficult to rotate, and even the oil separator "0" ring will be damaged.

Third, the 600 granule machine is used very soon, the spindle oil circuit can't produce oil, how to deal with it?

Answer: 1. Clean the residual material in the spindle and rotor gap first.

2. Clean the filter in the oil filter.

3. Remove the grease block and use a hollow tube with a diameter of 4 mm and a length of 497 mm (effective length) to connect the compressed air to the oil hole to clean the hole.

4. Clean the oil drum of the fuel pump.

5. Clean a sliding grease block, install the grease block and start to use a new barrel of grease to check the oiling area for oil leakage.

6. Check the oil seal at the rear end of the rotor for oil leakage. If necessary, change the oil seal.

7. After ten minutes of oiling, open the machine for about five minutes and then stop and then hit the spindle to clean the new oil.

Fourth, MUZL600 granule machine safety pin plate upset often slips causing the spindle disk shift, how to deal with?

Answer: 1. Loosen the fixing bolts of the two safety pins and remove 4 bolts and two safety pins respectively.

2. Loosen the 10 screws on the riser sleeve and remove the four screws. Use these four screws to screw into the four top wire holes on the riser sleeve and push the riser sleeve to about 1mm, then remove the remaining 6 pieces. Screw.

3. Loosen the two screws of the travel switch to remove the travel switch, and then remove the safety pin.

4. Check if there is any trace of wear on the main shaft. If there are traces, first remove the burr with a trowel and then smooth the position of the trace on the main shaft with fine sandpaper. Then check whether the riser is worn. If the wear is serious, the wearer must be replaced.

5. Clean the spindle, the riser sleeve and the riser lock screw with gasoline.

6. Turn the spindle to the correct position (large deflection blade at 5:30 o'clock)

7. Install the expansion sleeve in the safety pin plate and screw the locking screw into the one or two teeth on the expansion sleeve (pay attention to the position of the four top wires when installing the expansion sleeve, and arrange 10 screws for 10 threaded holes)

8. Install the safety pin and the riser together on the spindle and install the two safety pins (do not tighten the screws of the safety pin in place)
