1. The installation mixer of the plastic mixer and the electric control box are respectively installed on the foundation of the cement foundation or the solid steel frame, and are fixed by four anchor bolts.
The mixing machine is heated by a resistance heating coil, and the high-burning point mechanical oil in the heating jacket is evenly transmitted to the pot body, and the power line is connected through the underground retaining line pipe. 2. Use and maintenance of the plastic mixer Before the machine is tested, it should be carefully checked whether the connected power supply and the machine requirements are the same. All parts are fully installed, and the circuit connected during the installation check is free from errors. Each lubricating point should be filled with the specified lubricating oil (fat) to wipe off the anti-rust oil throughout the machine.
The mixer should start from no-load start, then carry out load test, check whether the pneumatic part is normal, and whether the discharge door is properly opened and closed. After the test run, it is put into production.
After the machine is used, if it is not used for a short time, carefully clean the inner wall of the pot and the stirring paddle. When not in use for a long time, it should be coated with anti-rust oil.
Requirements for each lubrication point:
The mixer spindle is lubricated with No. 2 sodium grease (GB492-65) and refueled once a day.
The whole machine should be inspected once in half a year, replace the seals everywhere, check the electrical circuit and components.
