Raised seedlings of carp cultured carp fry

The cultivation of carp seedlings is a production process in which seedlings are grown to more than 10 grams. This stage requires the cultivation of three different types of ponds, including primary pools, secondary pools, and tertiary pools. The quail species is the basis of adult quail breeding, and the quantity and quality of quail species directly affect the quality of pupa breeding. Therefore, in order to develop eel production, we must first do a good job of eel breeding.

In order to ensure the smooth development of seedling cultivation, in addition to doing all the above preparations, we must also pay attention to the following aspects of production.

- Seedling stocking time

As the seedlings can only begin to feed and grow when the water temperature is above 15°C, the open-air ponds will raise the seedlings of the eel, and when the natural water temperature reaches 13°C or above, the stocking is more appropriate. In this way, after the seedlings are adapted to the environment after short-term conservation, they can start domestication when the water temperature rises. Seedling stocking time in Fujian and Guangdong was around the beginning of March.

For breeding grounds with warming conditions or warm water supply, the stocking time of the seedlings should be as early as possible, so that the breeding period can be extended and the yield and quality of the quail species can be improved.

Second, seedling stocking density

Due to the different culture methods, the stocking densities of the seedlings are also different. Generally, the water-reservoir pool stocking density is 150-300 g/m2, and the flow pool is 500-1000 g/m2. The stocking at a low density grows faster and has a higher survival rate.

III. Adaptation of seedlings to the environment

Seedlings are transported by long-distance transport, are in a state of fatigue, and have a large gap between the temperature in the transporting container and the temperature of the pool water (especially the warming cultivation pond). Therefore, an adaptation process is required. The specific approach is to place the seedling box in the pool. Edge, gradually pooling seedling box, until the seedling body temperature close to the pool water temperature (generally no difference between 5 °C) before putting it into the cage placed in the pool; if you use nylon bag oxygenation transport, can be Put the nylon bag into seedlings in the pool. When the bag temperature approaches the pool water temperature, remove the bags and put the seedlings into the cage. Seedlings are generally kept for a period of 0.5 to 1 hour (open aerator). After the activities are normal, the dead seedlings and dirt are removed and the scales and counts are placed in each seedling nursery pond.

IV. Counting and weighing of seedlings

In order to control the stocking density of seedlings, they must be counted during stocking, and the weight, size, and mantissa of each primary pond should be calculated. The specific approach is: first gently stir the seedlings in the cage, and then randomly sample 2 to 4 times, weighing 50 grams each time, on the sea in a small bowl or spoon, then find out Average specifications. At the end, the number of tails per kilogram of seedlings was calculated and the average size was obtained.

V. Sterilization

The seedlings are delicate and susceptible to bruising and infection with water mold and bacterial diseases during harvesting, holding, and transportation. Therefore, disinfection must be performed when stocking. The disinfection method is a medicine bath. One is a medicine bath with a container, and the other is a Quanchiposa medicine bath.

1. Disinfection time: The medicine bath in the container is carried out in front of the seedlings in the lower pool; the whole pool is disinfected and disinfected on the evening of the seedlings in the afternoon.

2. Disinfectant and concentration: Commonly used drugs include salt and methine blue.

3. Disinfection steps and methods: When using a container medicine bath, it is generally performed in a large water tank, so it is also called a cylinder bath. The specific method is to first fill 300 to 400 kg of clear water in the cylinder, and then dissolve it in a small amount of water and then pour it into the cylinder according to the proportion of the drug. Open the aerator for aeration, and continuously stir the water to make the liquid evenly distributed. , and then weighed about 5 kilograms of seedlings even together immersed in the liquid medicine bath 10 to 15 minutes, you can remove the seedlings stocking. The Quanchiposa medicated bath is performed in the evening. After the drug is dissolved, it is spilled on the first grade pool and the aerator is stirred to make the liquid evenly distributed.
