Carefully check whether the rotation of the impeller is normal, whether the rotation of the pump shaft is flexible, whether the clearance of the bearing is appropriate, whether the gasket between the joint surfaces of the pump body is damaged, and whether the connection of the various components is reliable, and whether the water inlet hose leaks leaks or leaks. If there is a problem, it should be repaired in time.
3 Water pump and power machinery should be firmly installed. To be particularly parallel to the pump shaft and the power machine shaft; when installing the belt, pay attention to the loose side of the belt to facilitate the increase of transmission work efficiency.
4 When a motorized vehicle is used to drive a pump to pump water, it is forbidden for the two pumps to start operation at the same time to prevent the entire line current from being too large, and to burn out the motor, causing undue economic losses.
5 Check the bottom valve of the water pump in time to see if it is blocked by weeds. Pay attention to see if the flow head meets the performance requirements. Once problems are found, they must be immediately removed to ensure normal operation.
6 When pumping is stopped, the pressure valve must be closed before the work is stopped and the belt is removed. When the machine is shut down for a long period of time, it is necessary to carefully clean the entire machine and completely drain the water in the pump.
