Currently, some fields have poorly maintained ditches, leading to poor drainage and increased risk of flooding. Local authorities and farmers should promptly deepen both internal and external drainage channels to ensure efficient water runoff. A well-maintained drainage system will significantly improve the resilience of rapeseed plants during the spring season, supporting stronger and healthier crop growth.
